Written proposal
Based on your needs, we will prepare a complete proposal package with all accessories, upgrades and pricing options. We will exchange a few emails or phone calls until your order is ready to be finalized to your satisfaction.
Placing your order
Our domes are customized for each of our clients. We will start the construction of your dome after your purchase contract is signed and we have received our first deposit. We will then transfer all technical data, engineer reports and all plans that you will need to secure your permits with your administration. Our plans will be extremely detailed and your General contractor or handyman should be very detailed and accurate to perform your site preparation that may include your foundation or your decking.
When your dome is ready to be shipped
When your dome is completed it will be fully inspected by our quality control department to make sure that your dome is no short of impeccable. At this point we will require full payment before shipping. We will then send you a packing list and confirm shipping information. Your dome will be securely packed and transported so that your dome gets in pristine condition in its last location.

We understand that a good experience of dome assembling starts with having great assembly instructions as well as plans but first and foremost a great organized delivery package that will help you find all parts very easily. We are taking extreme care in protecting all items to be shipped to make sure they arrive in perfect conditions.
Delivery to your location
We deliver all over the world, we will refer you to our logistic companies or we could alternatively use your own. We can help you to negotiate with your delivery company or could recommend reliable logistics company.
